Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Bowl & Basket peanut butter
1 cup Bowl & Basket Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Bowl & Basket Vanilla Extract
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and sugar until smooth, about 1 minute, then beat in vanilla extract and egg until smooth dough forms.
- Use a tablespoon or a cookie scoop to measure out rounded tablespoons of dough and place on prepared cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between each for spreading.
- Flatten the cookies slightly with a fork, making the criss cross pattern.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, or until edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
